The job entails actively participating in various production phases, ensuring the line operates correctly at all times. Close collaboration with the team is required to maintain a good workflow and efficient organization within the plant. For this position, previous experience operating machinery and working in production environments is required. Vocational training in mechanics or electricity is mandatory. Additionally, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential to commute to the workplace. The contract is permanent and full-time, with weekly rotating shifts—morning or afternoon.
