Job Description Project Name: Development of critical equipment matrix by PSM Objective: Develop the matrix with critical equipment in CO2, chlorine, biogas, natural gas, LP gas, and alcohol processes, ensuring implementation of PSM controls to increase Process Safety level. Expected Results: Activities the student will perform in the project: 1\.\- Collection of DTIs 2\.\- Identify critical equipment in DTIs 3\.\- Populate PSM matrix with identified equipment (prescription, consequence, and mitigation) 4\.\- Review reliability matrix and add equipment identified by PSM if necessary 5\.\- Generate technological package for critical equipment Candidate's expected strengths: By the end of the internship, the candidate will develop skills in Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), maintenance plans, understanding risks in a company handling critical systems with chemicals, process safety, developing audit plans, assessing maintenance plan reliability, and creating documentation folders to ensure document control.
