




Job Description Project Name: Digitalization of HR Processes Objective: Implement and optimize digital tools that enable automation, simplification, and efficient tracking of key Human Resources processes, such as file management, attendance control, internal requests, and organizational communication. This aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce paper usage, and strengthen information traceability, contributing to a more agile and innovation-oriented organizational culture. Expected Results: Automation of key processes: Digitalization of at least 2 to 3 administrative processes within the Human Resources department (e.g., attendance control, file management, internal requests). Reduction of paper usage: Significant decrease in handling physical documents through the implementation of digital forms and electronic storage. Improved response times: Optimization of processing times for internal procedures, achieving a 20–30% reduction compared to manual processes. Greater traceability and control: Implementation of tools enabling digital tracking and recording of activities, requests, and authorizations. Staff training: Development of guides or onboarding sessions to ensure the HR team properly adopts the new digital tools. Impact report: Presentation of a final report documenting progress, benefits, and identified areas for improvement during the project.
