We are looking for an experienced **HubSpot Consultant** who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions that drive growth and efficiency in Revenue Operations processes. You're a great fit for this role if you are comfortable in a client facing role and can drive the business process conversations to maximize the value that CRM and HubSpot solutions provide to their business. **What You Will Do:** * Implementing, configuring, and maintaining HubSpot instances (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub). * Designing automation flows for marketing, sales, and customer service. * Configuring pipelines, reports, dashboards, and processes that support sales and customer success teams. * Analyzing data and metrics to propose continuous improvements in Revenue Operations. * Training users and teams in best practices within the HubSpot ecosystem. * Collaborating with technology and leadership teams to align business processes with strategic objectives. **Your knowledge, skills and abilities:** * Proven experience (3\+ years) working with HubSpot (implementations, migrations, or advanced administration). * Knowledge of Revenue Operations, sales processes, marketing automation, and customer management. * Strong skills in data analysis and reporting within HubSpot. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and practically to non\-technical teams. * Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written). * Only Resumes in English will be considered * Authorized to work in Mexico **What would make you an outstanding candidate** * HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing, RevOps). * Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Close attention to detail * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects * Understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business processes * Understanding of marketing automation * Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills ***Why Hyperscayle?*** We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
