The profile is oriented toward transaction analysis, reading logs and JSON messages, as well as understanding backend flows in financial systems. This is a proactive individual, motivated for continuous self-training and technical growth, capable of gradually supporting Java development tasks, collaborating with agile teams, and receiving guidance from the Scrum Master for communication and technical alignment. REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate knowledge of Java and backend fundamentals. * Ability to read and understand JSON and transaction logs. * Interest and willingness to learn ISO 8583 messaging and financial flows. * Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous self-training. * Availability to attend the office when required. * Conversational English at B1 level, sufficient to understand English sessions with support from the Scrum Master.
