Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Senior Java Developer **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work in Querétaro — 2 days in the office, 3 days remote** **Requirements:** * University degree (BS/MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in software development using Java. * Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience in programming, configuration, testing, and debugging applications. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain Java applications. * Modify and support existing applications (custom or packaged). * Program, configure, test, and debug code. * Participate in functional and technical testing to ensure software quality. * Document developments, processes, and implemented solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and deliver technological solutions. * Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. **Desirable:** * Advanced experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration * Experience deploying on cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * DevOps practices: continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) * Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) * Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), MCP, and frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph **We Offer:** Office working hours 100% payroll scheme Salary open to negotiation based on experience Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
