Job Summary: We are seeking an Installations Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and specialty installations on residential and industrial construction projects, ensuring progress and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of on-site installations 2. Management of personnel and contractors 3. Control of progress and quality on site We are looking for an **INSTALLATIONS RESIDENT ENGINEER** for a project in Querétaro. **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Project Type:** Residential / Industrial **Full-time position** Requirements: * Electrical, electromechanical, civil, or related engineering degree. * Experience in supervision of installations: * Electrical * Plumbing and sanitary * Specialty systems * Voice and data / CCTV * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Personnel and contractor management. * Control of progress and quality on site. * Basic knowledge of generators and cost estimation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. * Valid driver's license. * Personal vehicle and ability to operate standard vehicles. Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of on-site installations. * Monitoring of construction schedule. * Review of work execution against design documents. * Coordination with suppliers and contractors. * Preparation of progress reports. * Materials and quality control.
