Position Summary: Support in the preparation, review, and validation of import and export documents, analyzing and optimizing foreign trade processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and optimization of foreign trade processes 2. Creation and maintenance of foreign trade files 3. Collaboration on improvements with Customs Agencies * Support in the **preparation, review, and early validation of import and export documents**. * **Analysis of current foreign trade processes**, identifying opportunities and improvements aligned with Techmer's needs. * **Creation, updating, and maintenance of the foreign trade file**, ensuring proper document retention and regulatory compliance. * Collaboration in the **development of improvements with Customs Agencies**, aiming to facilitate and expedite operations. * **Analysis and proposal of process optimization** for imports and exports. * Participation in the **analysis and potential implementation of the IMMEX program**. * Support in the **optimization of the current 3PL project** and its proper integration with Customs Agencies. * Preparation of reports and tracking of activities related to foreign trade.
