Job Summary: Ciudad Maderas is seeking a Junior Technical Support professional to provide user assistance, diagnose incidents, and maintain equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Position Available: Junior Technical Support Three positions available across different offices! Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Computer Systems. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT performing similar tasks. • Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, network infrastructure, preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment and printers. Installation and configuration of CCTV (security cameras). • Skills: Ticket management and response time handling, service orientation and user attention, effective communication (explaining technical solutions clearly to users). Main Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely), ensuring agile and effective assistance • Diagnose and resolve incidents on computing devices, networks, and systems • Install and configure hardware and software according to user needs • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment • Manage and update inventory. • Track tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation We Offer: • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Work Location: Positions available in El Jacal neighborhood, Centro neighborhood, and Arboledas neighborhood, Querétaro, Qro • Salary: Weekly payment • Statutory benefits + additional health benefits • Training and professional development opportunities Interested in joining our team?
