Position Available: Junior Technical Support Three positions available across different offices! Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Computer Systems. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT performing similar tasks. • Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, network infrastructure, preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment and printers. Installation and configuration of CCTV (security cameras). • Skills: Ticket management and response time handling, service orientation and user attention, effective communication (explaining technical solutions clearly to users).
