Clear communication and attention to detail **Arova is seeking a Validator in Celaya, Guanajuato** ----------------------------------------------- A reputable insurance company **is seeking** Digital Placement Officer. **Job Objective** To conduct digital follow-up with prospects previously profiled by field agents (cambaceo), requesting, validating, and organizing the necessary information to advance the process prior to final integration by the administrative department. **Base Salary:** MXN $9,600 per month. Bonus Scheme Based on achievement of monthly targets. Benefits Mandated by law. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs Saturday: 09:00–14:00 hrs **General Notes** A 3-month probationary period applies, during which a 1-month temporary contract is signed first, followed by a 2-month extension. Upon successful completion, an indefinite-term contract is issued. Training lasts 5–10 business days, is paid, and falls within the first temporary contract. Social security coverage begins after completion of the first contract. The first contract is signed within the first 10 business days. Education Bachelor’s degree (or near completion in final semesters) in economics, administration, or related fields. **Experience** Minimum 1 year in office administration and customer service. Soft Skills Strong tracking and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal skills and clear communication with customers. Attention to detail for validating information and documents. Sense of urgency and effective pending-task management. Ability to work toward goals and drive process advancement. **Key Responsibility** Remote follow-up of prospects previously profiled by field agents (cambaceo) to ensure orderly progression toward administrative integration. **Responsibilities** Contact prospects previously profiled by the cambaceo department. Request required information and documentation to advance the process. Verify that received data and documents are complete and legible. Follow up via phone call, message, or digital means on each prospect’s progress. Record status updates and progress in internal systems or tracking tools. Identify missing items or inconsistencies and request corrections from the client. Maintain organized records prior to forwarding cases to the administrative department.
