




Position Summary: Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional food and beverage service, adhering to resort standards and assisting guests at all times. Key Highlights: 1. Accurately take orders and promptly and safely serve food and beverages. Your role is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing service in accordance with resort standards. **As a Server, you will be responsible for:** Having thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus prepared and offered to guests, enabling appropriate recommendations to guests. Depending on assigned schedules and shifts across various dining outlets, the server may perform duties in either back-of-house and/or front-of-house areas. Anticipate guests’ potential needs to provide timely assistance. Verify that the station is fully equipped with required items—including general cleanliness, all tableware, glassware, flatware, and linens—prior to the start of each shift. Be knowledgeable about daily specials and out-of-stock items. Assist at all times with serving dishes and carrying trays of soiled dishes to the designated dishwashing area (scullery). Be responsible for the proper use of all work equipment and service areas. Set tables according to established service standards. Possess knowledge of specialty beverage and wine preparation. Know and efficiently operate the POS system used at the resort. Be able to respond generally or specifically—as appropriate—to any guest questions regarding Food & Beverage service or the resort. Provide courteous and personalized service to guests, strictly adhering to resort standards. Follow established procedures and policies when issues arise. Attend all departmental meetings and training sessions as scheduled. Be responsible for fulfilling restaurant supply requisitions from the warehouse and submitting copies of fulfilled requisitions to the Cost Department or the Supervisor on duty. Be capable of preparing food in front of guests, consistently following hygiene and presentation standards. Assist in conducting monthly inventories (food, beverages, and operational equipment) under the supervision of the Cost Manager. Be responsible for managing the petty cash fund for the dining outlet where the shift is assigned. Be responsible for collecting payments and closing guest checks. **To successfully perform this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * Technical education * Academic certificates, minimum secondary school level * 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry **The following capabilities and distinctions would be advantageous in this position:** * Familiarity with operational equipment, glassware, and their appropriate usage. * Experience with digital systems. * Knowledge of beverage preparation. * Knowledge of wines and food pairing. * Proficiency in English as a second language—50% or more, both written and spoken.
