




Job Summary: This role involves managing local purchases, supplying products to departments, verifying invoices, coordinating shipments and returns, and supporting various operational functions. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive procurement and supply management for various departments. 2. Coordination of logistics for shipments, receipts, and returns of goods. 3. Essential support for the company's daily operations. Carry out local purchases assigned by the department. Supply required products to various departments and warehouses. Upon receipt of goods, verify that the issued invoice correctly lists the company's tax information. Facilitate invoice payment processing in the purchasing department. Collect goods from freight carriers and courier services. Collect daily shipments destined for Ocurre and deliver them to the goods receiving department. Perform other duties assigned by general management. Support activities in the department to which assigned. Carry out urgent and minor purchases as requested. Address operational needs of various departments. Ship samples or courier returns via parcel service. Promptly return sample supplies or items to be returned to supplier companies. Ship goods requested by other company hotels via parcel service. Ensure timely delivery of goods to their destination.
