TRAINING MANAGER

Summary **SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE** Maintain and implement an educational training and development program for employees aligned with the company's strategies, coordinate, promote, and identify training needs to manage courses that enhance employees' knowledge and skills, foster greater motivation aligned with achieving results and company objectives, and maintain a culture of care for people. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Maintain a cordial relationship with all leaders and employees in the company. Responsible for creating a training plan and ensuring training objectives are met through monitoring and evaluation. Responsible for coordinating internal employee celebrations. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, manage, and maintain overall training expense control. Coordinate the implementation of professional growth plans for employee development. Keep employees informed about company and corporate updates. Responsible for onboarding all employees into the company culture. Conduct induction sessions for all new employees. Responsible for updating corporate self-service platforms. Ensure all new employees complete a position-specific induction course. Support leaders in company immersion. Support at all times in promoting the company culture, Mission, Vision, and Values. Responsible for the implementation of employee recognition programs. Responsible for ensuring periodic employee evaluation plans are applied. Ensure employees are provided and informed about the company's development opportunities. Continuously align employees with the work culture. Promote employee training. Responsible for ensuring the company meets its annual My Learning requirements. Prepare monthly reports on general department activities. Responsible for keeping BOB updated with current information. Ensure communication channels for employees remain up to date. Verify employees meet appearance standards. Maintain ongoing analysis of compliance with general policies. Ensure employees sign responsibility forms for uniforms and PPE. Support in the fulfillment of DEI initiatives. Maintain updated agreements with local and national universities and schools. Support in updating job descriptions. Responsible for maintaining company certifications and managing new ones. Support in fostering a culture of care for employees. Ensure employees receive all benefit-related information. Administer required psychometric tests. Support efforts to maintain low employee turnover by promoting a culture of care. Stay informed about all company strategies. Collaborate with external providers. Provide support in policy implementation. Provide support in personal development programs. Responsible for administering applicable Employee Engagement surveys. Collaborate in the development of succession plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and hygiene protocols. Efficient management of the My Learning portal. Conduct follow-ups on internal and external audits. Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT).
