Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and control operational manuals, marketing strategies, and the expansion of the franchise network, ensuring profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and control operational manuals and marketing strategies. 2. Supervise the operation and administration of existing franchises. 3. Lead the expansion of the franchise network and ensure profitability. Objective: must **manage and control:** operational manuals, marketing strategies, the network's commercial policy, logistics system management, operational organization of the franchisor headquarters, expansion process planning, as well as maintaining optimal profitability levels across the franchise network. **Requirements** \- Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering with administrative focus \- Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent or similar role within the restaurant industry, preferably fast food (verifiable) \- Flexible availability for working hours **Responsibilities** \- Supervision of the operation and administration of existing franchises in the metropolitan area and Tamaulipas. \- Updating of operational manuals \- Supervision of quality standards and best operational practices \- Marketing \- Support for new franchise openings. **Skills** \- Decision-making ability \- Communication and persuasion \- Business development \- Product development \- Project management \- Commercial acumen \- Networking \- Leadership \- Negotiation Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
