Additionally, we operate as a refrigerant gas storage center. **Responsibilities:** * Blueprint analysis * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Neodata, and Excel software * Preparation of construction budgets * Validation of quantity takeoffs * Site visits to assigned projects * Analysis of unit prices * Development of item catalogs * Project management **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles within the construction industry. * **Essential Software:** * **Neodata** (Advanced proficiency) * **AutoCAD** (Reading and quantity takeoff) * **Excel** (Advanced level: pivot tables and complex formulas) **Soft Skills:** * Negotiation ability and professional ethics * Attention to detail and thoroughness * Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines under pressure **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Schedule: [Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs] [Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs] Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
