Villa Quality Supervisor

As a Villa Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the optimal management of cleaning services for residences and villas. This involves a wide range of tasks that directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include supervising assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, and optimizing available resources. **As a Villa Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for:** Ensuring the optimal management of cleaning services for residences and villas. This involves a wide range of tasks that directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include supervising assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, and optimizing available resources. * Establish and maintain high cleanliness standards, ensuring all areas comply with established protocols. This includes conducting regular inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions promptly. * Manage inventory of cleaning products and supplies, ensuring sufficient materials are available and placing orders when necessary. * Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment where staff feel valued and committed to departmental goals. * Train cleaning personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. * Assign rooms and work areas to each team member. * Attend to any guest requests such as cribs, high chairs, or other needed items, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. * Supervise housekeepers to ensure they are in their designated work areas and adhering to cleaning standards. * Review housekeeper reports and verify occupancy status in assigned towers. * Inspect occupied residences and villas to ensure they are adequately supplied. * Ensure linen storage rooms are properly stocked and clean. * Monitor daily departures to identify furniture damage or missing equipment. * Verify the number of occupants in each residence/villa and report this information to the Residence Quality Coordinator. * Supervise residences and villas pending cleaning due to guest or owner requests. * Provide cleaning staff and assistants under your supervision with required materials and work equipment. * Prepare a daily report listing the total number of staff who worked that day. * Maintain attendance records for department personnel. * File various documents circulating within the Residence Quality department. * Issue exit passes to document and track items leaving the property. * Embrace the company's mission and vision as your own, ensuring an exceptional vacation experience for guests and owners. **To successfully perform this role, you must possess the following qualifications and minimum experience:** * Technical education. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. * 2 years of experience in the same position. **The following skills and qualifications would be advantageous in this role:** * Proficiency in computer tools for task management, inventory control, and report generation. * Knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods and procedures for different surfaces and space types. * Understanding of chemical product properties and applications, as well as safe and responsible usage practices. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and standards. * Knowledge of cleaning equipment handling, maintenance, and proper use.
