Security Manager

*Location:* **ZIHAUTANEJO, GUERRERO** Execute actions focused on risk management and controls related to personal health and safety, fraud detection and money laundering, with the objective of identifying deviations and preventing operational risk in Branches. * **Challenges you will face:** * Monitor the control environment in branches to identify compliance or deviation from company processes and policies. * Conduct risk coverage visits in each assigned territory to ensure security and protection of company assets. * Conduct meetings with agents and staff to carry out fraud and security awareness sessions and training at branches, contributing to compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * Perform cash audits on agents, staff, administration, and any other field or branch positions handling cash, to confirm that the use of company assets and cash transfers comply with established policies. * Carry out investigations related to fraud, incidents, and accidents to determine the main risks and losses recorded at the assigned branch. * Record reports of findings detected in the field and at branches within the Loss Prevention Portal, to provide documentation and report cases to relevant departments. * Execute occupational health and safety plan activities at the branch to comply with the strategy defined by the company. * * **If you are someone who has:** * Analytical skills * Problem-solving * Organization and planning * Interviewing skills * Leadership skills * Decision-making * Ability to meet commitments on time * Energy to build good relationships with others through active listening, empathy, and determination * Knowledge of the city * Hazard identification and risk assessment, incident/accident investigation and follow-up, field risk assessment * Comprehensive understanding of business needs * **Experience what it means to be Provident:** Our team compensation is competitive within our industry, providing economic well-being and comprehensive security for you and your family through a broad value proposition.
