Position Objective
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of functional training for the HUBs, Gateways, and Networks team across different facilities and regions of the country (except metropolitan areas), as well as the entire CIS curriculum for all three functions.
Coordination, identification, and development of solutions supporting all training requirements for the function.
Must manage and report the budget allocated for each delivered course.
Manage and administer all necessary courses to ensure business continuity and processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and coordinate induction schedules
* Prepare and update training manuals and support materials
* Facilitate and deliver various topics to groups
* Administer and report training hours and monthly expenses
* Provide TTT (Train the Trainer) to future facilitators (e.g., CIS)
* Execute the annual training plan
* Have a positive impact in terms of leadership when presenting to groups
* Implement the CIS curriculum
* Create and track orders in GET
* Report expenses in CONCUR
* Conduct field visits and trips to different HUBs, Gateways, and Networks sites across regions
* Manage the budget, ensuring the projected annual spending
* Generate training reports to validate effectiveness and track progress
* Identify regional training needs in order to conduct the necessary training sessions to cover them
* Ensure 90% of regional employees complete induction (CIS Foundation and basic CIS courses within the first 3 months)
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree (certified)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or the area being supported, or prior experience as a trainer in a similar industry
* Office (Excel / PowerPoint, Access)
* Advanced English
* Communication skills and business knowledge
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the area being supported, or prior experience as a trainer in a similar industry
* Knowledge of CIS facilitation
