




Job Summary: Execute payroll procedures, ensuring legal compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR, and coordinate payment of related obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with legal obligations 2. Assist employees with inquiries and benefits-related matters 3. Calculate and monitor personnel movements and final settlements **Job Objective:** Execute payroll procedures accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with laws and obligations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR, State regulations, and others. * Timely process employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE * Provide employee support regarding inquiries or benefits * Supervise payroll transactions (layout, banking) * Fulfill and coordinate payroll-related obligation payments * Timely determine calculations for income tax (ISTP), IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Timely issue electronic payroll stamps (timbrado) for WKS and third-party payroll providers (Integradoras) * Reconcile payroll data against EBA and EMA reports for WKS and third-party payroll providers (Integradoras) * Bimonthly verification of variable compensation components and submission of salary modifications * Control cafeteria allowance usage * Monitor and manage employee attendance reports * Timely record employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, unjustified absences, and medical leaves in SUA * Calculate final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments * Perform annual PTU (Profit Sharing) calculation * Document and update payroll procedures and manuals * Manage food and gasoline voucher cards **WE OFFER:** *STATUTORY BENEFITS* *ADDITIONAL BENEFITS* *SUBSIDIZED CAFETERIA* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
