Experiencia 2 años en adelante * Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo para mejorar la confiabilidad de los equipos y reducir los tiempos de inactividad no planificados. * Analizar datos de rendimiento y fallas para identificar patrones y tendencias que puedan indicar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de mantenimiento. * Colaborar con el equipo de mantenimiento para establecer indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y metas de confiabilidad para los equipos y sistemas críticos. * Realizar análisis de riesgos y evaluaciones de criticidad para priorizar las actividades de mantenimiento y asignar recursos de manera efectiva. * Participar en la selección y especificación de equipos y componentes nuevos para garantizar su confiabilidad y vida útil óptimas. * Mantener la funcionabilidad del software de Mantenimiento, en cual se controlen y se generen las LV´S y OT. * Desarrollar y mantener programas de inspección y monitoreo continuo para detectar y prevenir problemas de mantenimiento antes de que ocurran.
