




Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for users, resolve issues, track tickets, and document and train users on applications. Ticket tracking and customer training Terminal Logistics is seeking an **APPLICATION SUPPORT AGENT**. **Work Location:** AIFA Airport. We seek a candidate with knowledge in information technology, application development, and support, who will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users: * Customer support and issue resolution: Provide first-line support to customers using various applications and software programs; resolve first-level issues or, when necessary, classify and route more complex requests to the appropriate personnel. * Customer follow-up: Track support or application development tickets. * Proper documentation of support requests and resolutions. * Conduct scheduled demonstrations or training sessions for customers regarding relevant updates. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of application development and technical support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma; Technical degree in computing or related field; Incomplete Bachelor's or Engineering degree in systems or related field; Bachelor's or Engineering degree in systems or related field. * Flexible availability to accommodate work schedule.
