Job Summary A highly experienced programmer who manages both technical and human resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and as scheduled. Responsibilities Decision-making. Prioritizing various tasks. Developing work plans together with senior programmers. Deciding which infrastructure will be used for projects. Serving as the technical reference within the team. Establishing policies to be followed in software development. Monitoring and controlling expected progress. Supervising code quality generated by the team. Providing ongoing training to the programming team on areas for improvement. Implementing new technologies.
