As a **Senior Design Verification Engineer**, you will collaborate with an innovative design and verification team to develop advanced DRAM and emerging memory products. This role involves working on high\-density memory chips with complex functionality, ultra\-high speed, and advanced low\-power technologies. You will ensure design functionality through comprehensive verification at chip and block levels, contributing to the success of Micron’s global design teams. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute verification plans based on functionality specifications and architectural requirements. * Design and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools. * Debug failures, lead bug tracking, and ensure coverage closure. * Collaborate with international teams to create new verification tools and flows. * Mentor junior engineers and lead design verification projects. **Minimum Qualifications** * BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. * Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design. * Proficiency in mixed\-signal verification and simulation tools (e.g., HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM). * Knowledge of verification languages (SystemVerilog or equivalent) and methodologies (UVM or equivalent). * Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA). * Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.). * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Prior experience leading small or large verification projects.
