We are seeking: **Student Life Success Coordinator** **Academic Requirements:** Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Management, or related field. **Experience in:** * Customer service orientation. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Statistical analysis. * Intermediate English. **Responsibilities:** * Understand the UDEM Trojan Path PPF for undergraduate students to ensure actions that contribute to creating and maintaining follow-up reports and communication regarding services offered by UDEM. * Collaborate in designing and implementing actions aimed at facilitating communication of the Trojan Path PPF with students and connecting them to various support services. * Coordinate efforts to organize the Student Support Fair and other experiences related to services provided by the Student Support Management. * Collaborate in updating, improving, and innovating knowledge bases (Ventana Amarilla, Workspace), forms, and various technological platforms used in student support. * Design and implement reports and dashboards for visualizing strategic and operational indicators that support timely decision-making and student success. * Analyze and process data generated by support programs to generate alerts that help focus resources and actions on students who are most academically and emotionally vulnerable. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify vulnerable students and evaluate the impact of support programs across different student populations.
