Position Summary: Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and auditing of the item database (SKUs), ensuring the integrity of technical and commercial information to support operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation, modification, and cleansing of SKUs and technical descriptions. 2. Collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse in processes. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **Position Objective:** Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and auditing of the item database (SKUs) within the system, ensuring the integrity of technical and commercial information to support operational continuity. * Creation, modification, and cleansing of SKUs, technical descriptions, and costs. * Apply naming conventions and product hierarchies to prevent duplication. * Audit dimensions, weights, units of measure, and inventory parameters. * Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse departments on related processes. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Excel * ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). **Competencies:** * Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
