Position Summary: The Local Career Advisor accompanies and advises prospective students and their parents throughout the UDEM Career Programs admission process, ensuring an excellent experience. Logistics and organization of informational events and campus visits. Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Local Career Advisor** To accompany prospective students and their parents throughout the UDEM Career Programs admission process, working collaboratively and cross-functionally, using service and personalized attention as essential tools to guarantee the best experience for our future students. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide personalized attention and follow-up throughout the admission and enrollment process for students applying to UDEM Career Programs, including parents seeking information for their children. * Advise on completing the Online Admission Application and related documents, as well as support with administrative procedures. * Maintain public relations with principals and coordinators of feeder high schools. * Support tracking of the financial aid process, including online application submission and award offers. * Public speaking skills to deliver informational presentations to prospective students and their parents. * Logistics and organization of events such as: Informational sessions, campus visits, guided tours, and dedicated on-site support during events. * Ensure continuous database updates through one-on-one interviews and telephone calls with students and/or their parents. *Academic Background:* Business, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering. *Required Skills:* Proficiency in CRM and banner software. PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, database cross-referencing), Word.
