Job Summary:
This position aims to ensure patient safety by correctly executing assistance processes, including mobilization and surgical follow-up.
Key Highlights:
1. Ensure patient safety and provide appropriate assistance.
2. Assist with patient mobilization and transfers within the hospital.
3. Implement patient safety protocols.
**Job Objective:**
Ensure patient safety by correctly executing patient assistance processes.
**Responsibilities:**
\>Apply the institutional protocol for preventing patient falls.
\>Review and monitor the surgical schedule at the start of each shift.
\>Assist with patient mobilization and repositioning across various departments.
\>Assist with transferring patients to different areas of the hospital.
**Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in:**
\>Patient mobilization.
\>Patient safety protocols.
\>Patient transfers.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
\>Flexible availability for work hours.
\>Technical degree in Medical Emergencies, Nursing, or related field (with Certificate).
\>Willingness to work as part of a team.
\>Adaptability, responsibility, and honesty.
**Salary: $9,985\.20 Monthly**
