**Requirement:** * Bechelor´s degree in Engineering Maechanical, Industrial, Logistics or related * Strong knowledge of packaping desing for automotive or manufacturing industries * Understanding of APQP and PPAP related to packaging deliverables * Proficiency in Autocad and graphic design tools related to packaging layouts. **Responsibilities:** * Establish packaging standards for new projects and confirm them with customers and/or suppliers. * Design and improve product packaging, and verify compliance with customer and supplier standard packaging specifications. * Prepare and maintain the Packaging Work Instruction Manual, including standard packaging methods and packing quantity per container. * Plan and optimize the company’s logistics and material\-handling systems in alignment with lean production requirements. * Provide day\-to\-day support for packaging processes on the shop floor, ensuring correct and stable operation during production. * Coordinate the introduction of new products (including new packaging), provide technical recommendations for production launch, and resolve packaging\-related issues during new product development. * Lead or participate in problem\-solving activities related to packaging anomalies, quality issues caused by packaging, and supplier\-related packaging deficiencies. * Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure appropriate packaging planning for new or modified products. * Collect, analyze, and introduce new packaging technologies aligned with product, quality, and customer requirements. * Deliver all packaging documentation, data, and technical requirements accurately and on time during project transfer or approval phases. * Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or required by project needs.
