A specialized services company focused on cleaning is currently in the process of **opening a new location**, and therefore seeks an Operational Services Coordinator with a 100% operational focus, responsible for supporting the launch, field recruitment, and initial supervision of services. **Requirements** * **Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in service operations (cleaning, security, outsourcing, or related fields).** * Experience in field operational recruitment (cleaning profiles). * Experience supervising operational staff. * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field). * **Personal vehicle and willingness to use it for field activities (mandatory).** * Flexible schedule and availability for field work. * Excellent service attitude and interpersonal skills with operational staff and clients. **Responsibilities** * Support the **launch and opening of the new location**. * Field operational recruitment (flyer distribution, job postings, referrals). * Hiring and follow-up of operational staff. * Direct supervision of services and staff across multiple sites. * **Client visits and handling of operational incidents.** * Attendance, incident, and staff turnover tracking. * 100% field-based work. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $18,000 to $20,000. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly productivity bonus. * Training and ongoing support during the location launch phase. * Growth opportunities as operations become consolidated.
