




Position Summary: We are seeking a mechanical workshop supervisor with a passion for mechanics and leadership skills to coordinate activities, ensure maintenance, and train staff. This opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical workshop activities. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed properly and on time. * Plan and organize the workload of the mechanic team. * Monitor inventories of spare parts, tools, and materials required to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the workshop. * Train staff on new techniques, tools, and best practices. * Monitor tool and spare parts inventory. * NOT ONLY ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS **Requirements:** * ***Proven experience in automotive or industrial mechanics. MANDATORY*** * Knowledge of reading blueprints and technical specifications. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure. * Orientation toward quality, safety, and service. **Characteristics and Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, Problem-solving, Proactive, Integrity, Teamwork, Working under pressure, Leadership, teamwork, decision-making ability.
