Job Summary: We are seeking an Agricultural Engineer to supervise and train staff in crop management and agricultural infrastructure, ensuring effective and safe procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and supervision of sustainable agricultural activities. 2. Training in cultivation techniques and safety measures. 3. We support farmers by providing technical advice and enhancing the profitability of their production. **WE NEED YOUR TALENT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect crops to assess conditions and determine needs for cultivation, spraying, weeding, or harvesting. * Assign tasks such as cultivation, irrigation, or harvesting of crops or plants; packaging or grading of products; or equipment maintenance. * Observe workers to identify inefficient or unsafe work procedures or to detect problems, initiating corrective actions when necessary. * Review employees’ work to evaluate quality and quantity. * Supervise infrastructure maintenance or collection-related functions, such as planting, fertilization, pest control, or weed control. * Train workers in techniques such as planting, harvesting, weeding, insect identification, and use of safety measures. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **REQUIREMENTS:** · Agricultural Engineer or related field · Intern or recent graduate **WE OFFER:** · **Salary:** Base salary (open to negotiation based on competencies). · **Statutory benefits** (INFONAVIT housing loan, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS social security). · **Savings fund.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
