




**Job Objective:** Manage and monitor the integration of client files to ensure timely execution of deeds, in compliance with notarial and financial institution requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * **File Integration:** Collect, review, and validate client documentation for loans (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, bank loans). * **Notary Coordination:** Submit files to notaries, request draft deeds, and coordinate signing dates. * **Client Service:** Keep clients and sales advisors informed about the status of their procedures and request missing documents. * **Reporting:** Regularly update the CRM or internal database with the progress of each property (DTU, appraisal, CLG, signing). * **Post\-Sale Procedures:** Track delivery of the final deed to the client and recovery of associated funds. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in housing title processing (real estate or construction industry). * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with INFONAVIT and FOVISSSTE portals, banking processes, and notarial procedures. * **Skills:** Exceptional organizational skills, punctual follow\-up, and strong sense of urgency.
