Ensuring the FIFO system and maintaining reliable inventories **An automotive body shop company is seeking a Warehouse Analyst with expertise in inventory management, material classification, the FIFO system, intermediate-level Excel proficiency, as well as knowledge and application of occupational safety and health standards and ISO9001:2015 implementation.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Experience:** Management of raw materials and tools warehouses. Conducting inventories Receiving materials ABC warehouse classification. Driving a car or pickup truck with manual transmission; a valid driver's license is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** \-Receive purchased supplies, identify them, and store them appropriately. \-Maintain up-to-date records of material inflows and outflows, including tools, safety equipment, uniforms, and materials. \-Report discrepancies in supplier deliveries (quantity, specifications, quality, etc.). \-Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. \-Issue supplies and materials, ensuring timely recording of each movement. \-Identify materials, supplies, and tools using labels. \-Arrange items to facilitate access to materials, supplies, tools, etc. \-Execute internal controls defined by the Purchasing Manager and/or Plant Administrator for optimal warehouse management. \-Ensure implementation of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. \-Maintain reliable inventories through cyclic counts. \-Prepare consumption level reports (maximum and minimum levels). \-Reconcile physical inventory against theoretical inventory. \-Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports, highlighting fluctuations, obsolescence, and expiration dates. \-Generate periodic performance reports, analyzing key metrics and proposing corrective actions or improvements. \-Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant operational information. **Skills:** Organized Orderly Goal-oriented Disciplined Responsible Salary: $10,000 Monthly \+ statutory benefits **Benefits:** 15-day Christmas bonus 12 days of vacation starting from the first year Vacation premium of 25% **Work Location:** Alchichica, Puebla; Federal Highway Veracruz Km 240; San José Alchichica locality, PUEBLA.
