Warehouse Analyst

Description

**Automotive sector company seeks a Warehouse Analyst with knowledge of inventory administration, material classification, FIFO system, intermediate-level Excel skills, as well as knowledge and application of occupational safety and health, and ISO 9001:2015 implementation.** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Experience:** Management of raw materials and tools warehouse. Conducting inventories Receiving materials ABC warehouse classification. Ability to drive a car or pickup truck with manual transmission; valid driver's license is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** \- Receive purchased supplies, identify them, and store them appropriately. \- Maintain up-to-date records of material inflows and outflows, including tools, safety equipment, uniforms, and materials. \- Report deviations in supplier deliveries (quantity, specifications, quality, etc.). \- Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. \- Deliver supplies and materials while ensuring timely recording of each movement. \- Identify materials, supplies, and tools using labels. \- Arrange items to facilitate access to materials, supplies, tools, etc. \- Execute internal controls defined by the Purchasing Manager and/or Plant Administrator for optimal warehouse management. \- Ensure implementation of the FIFO system (First-In, First-Out). \- Maintain reliable inventories through cyclical counts. \- Prepare consumption level reports (maximum and minimum levels). \- Reconcile physical inventory against theoretical inventory. \- Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports, highlighting fluctuations, obsolescence, and expiration. \- Generate periodic performance reports, analyzing key data and proposing corrective actions or improvements. \- Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant operational information. **Skills:** Organized Orderly Goal-oriented Disciplined Responsible Salary: $10,000 MXN monthly + statutory benefits **Benefits:** 15-day Christmas bonus 12 days of vacation starting from the first year 25% vacation premium **Work location:** Alchichica, Puebla; Federal Highway Veracruz Km 240; San José Alchichica locality, PUEBLA.
