Position: **Quality Auditor** Location: Mexico–Cuautla Federal Highway km 41.5, Ozumba de Alzate, State of Mexico **ONLY OZUMBA ZONE, STATE OF MEXICO AND SURROUNDINGS.** **Requirements:** DEGREE: Industrial Engineering or related field Required experience: Minimum 6 months conducting internal and external audits of products in the manufacturing sector. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Preparation of technical inspection reports. * Operation of measuring equipment and/or instruments (at least one of the following: Ford Cup No. 4, Photodensitometer Spectrometer or microscope, flexometer, durometer, Vernier caliper). * Identification of non-conforming products. * Internal audits. * Use of sampling tables (Military Standard). * Statistical Control. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure that release of the various tinplate processes does not occur until all planned provisions have been satisfactorily completed. Record any deviations found and notify Quality Management and Quality Supervision. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS:** 1. Be familiar with the production schedule and monitor products not included in the schedule and/or failing to meet required specifications. 2. Notify the Quality Supervisor whenever the product / raw material fails to comply with technical specifications as defined in the Digital Library drawings. 3. Support reported non-conformities through technical reports coordinated with Production Coordination and notify the Quality Supervisor. 4. Reject Production Orders in SAP system. 5. Maintain measuring instruments under your responsibility in optimal condition, ensuring validity and reliability of results during follow-up or measurement activities to verify conformity. 6. Ensure production processes by applying the quality plans for each area. 7. Guarantee that non-conforming materials or products are placed in the designated Non-Conforming Products Area (RPI). 8. Maintain updated, organized, and immediately accessible verification records to enable traceability in the future, if required. 9.
