




A MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY IS SEEKING AN **ASSISTANT FOR THE BIDDING PROCESS** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Commercial Relations, or related field (Mandatory)** * **TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE** * Proficiency in the Compranet platform **(Mandatory).** * **Familiarity with the entire bidding process—from initial search through to its conclusion (Mandatory).** * Intermediate Excel skills. * **Knowledge of medical and health organizations.** * **Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law.** **Skills:** * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing and interpreting the Compranet platform. * Interpreting the basic bid table. * Identifying viable tenders. * Preparing documentation for submission to delegations (via courier and/or digitally). * Searching for pre-bases, tenders, third-party invitations, direct awards, followed by the clarification-of-doubts stage, proposal adjustments and closure, proposal submission and opening, technical and economic evaluation, contract award, and contract execution follow-up. * Preparing a monthly sales report by product. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $13,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Direct employment with the company * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits ***If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate to apply through this channel.*** Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
