We offer: -Monthly salary: $12,000 MXN gross -Biweekly timely payment -5% savings fund -Monthly food vouchers: 10% -50% vacation bonus -30-day Christmas bonus -Subsidized cafeteria service -Corporate transportation routes (ask about available routes) -Employee purchase discount Requirements: -Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering—or related fields (student or graduate) -Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles within pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries -Strong knowledge of NOM-059, GMP, and GDP -Availability to rotate shifts monthly (mandatory) -General maintenance (locksmithing, plumbing, painting, masonry, etc.) -Responsible, committed, team-oriented, flexible, analytical / detail-oriented, personnel management skills, leadership Schedule: T1: Monday to Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM T2: Monday to Saturday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM MIXED SHIFT: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Midweek day off *Availability to rotate among these shifts* Responsibilities: -Perform maintenance on equipment used and electrical installations -Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance via work orders -Supervise proper functioning of access systems -Support general maintenance (locksmithing, plumbing, area preparation, painting, etc.) -Location: Av.
