




DESCRIPTION Aramark is seeking talent like you to join our team as a **RECRUITER**. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and effective coverage of existing vacancies by implementing efficient talent attraction strategies and delivering a positive experience to every candidate. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify hiring needs across various business units. * Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment and selection strategies using diverse sources and channels (job portals, professional social networks, internal databases, referrals, etc.). * Post job openings on appropriate platforms to attract the ideal candidate. * Conduct interviews (telephone, in-person, virtual) to assess candidates’ competencies, experience, and cultural fit. * Manage both mass and specialized recruitment processes according to business needs. * Maintain and manage the candidate database (ATS), ensuring its accuracy and organization. * Provide constructive feedback to candidates, whether selected or not. * Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. * Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and selection. * Generate reports on the progress of recruitment processes. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes. **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION**. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proactivity, initiative, and strong sense of urgency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Requirements:** * Experience in **recruitment**, preferably for companies in the **Cleaning industry**. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Experience in mass recruitment. * Must reside in Saltillo, Coahuila / Ramos Arizpe.
