




Job Description and Responsibilities * Plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the production team to execute daily operations optimally. * Coordinates production activities with other functional groups, such as planning and shipping. * Ensures compliance with all safety and health standards. * Monitors production plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution aligned with quality objectives and deadlines. * Ensures that personnel in the area have the necessary training (Training Matrix) to perform their duties. * Motivates and trains employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality by leveraging reward and recognition channels to foster desired behaviors and outcomes. * Evaluates machine resources to ensure continuous production and minimal downtime. * Determines daily requirements for material resources, equipment, and labor. Experience and Requirements * Education: Completed high school; undergraduate degree or currently pursuing or having partially completed an engineering program. * Prior experience managing personnel. * Experience in the electronics industry (Preferred). * Good command of English (Preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or similar software.
