Location: Industrial Zone Company: Grupo PiSA. Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts 1. Objective Supervise the correct manufacturing of products by applying the corresponding quality, manufacturing, productivity, and safety standards. 2. Main Job Responsibilities: * Supervise production and packaging processes in accordance with the Quality Management System. * Efficiently manage resources to meet departmental goals and metrics. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. 3. Educational Level: Chemical Engineer, Pharmaceutical-Biological Chemical Engineer, Food Chemical Engineer, or related field. 4. Experience: * Production and/or quality processes in the pharmaceutical industry. * Production and/or quality processes in the food or cosmetics industry (DESIRABLE) * Personnel management 5.
