Position Purpose: Responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of customer-requested modifications during the construction phase of real estate developments prior to apartment delivery; and, once construction is complete, for coordinating the delivery of as-built documentation reflecting customer modifications. Position Description Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to enhance both decision-making processes and project execution through your work. A set of activities conducted after the sale to the customer and arising from the product warranty. Such activities include technical assistance or advisory services and repair of malfunctions. Candidate Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. SOFTWARE: Office, AutoCAD. Service-oriented attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with customers. Conflict resolution skills.
