We offer: * Base salary of $15,100 to $20,000 MXN per month (gross), depending on qualifications. * Category progression: Entry-level, Intermediate, Advanced, and Master (based on theoretical and practical knowledge). * Statutory benefits: INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation days, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, etc. * Additional online courses (bonus based on approved courses), piece-rate pay according to objective achievement, commissions based on service and parts invoicing, and category advancement. **Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM** REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–45 years old * Valid driver’s license required * Education: minimum secondary school diploma or TSU degree (preferably in Automotive Mechanics or Machinery) * Minimum 1 year of basic experience in forklifts, construction equipment, and/or aerial work platforms (to be evaluated). Key responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts and mini-loaders * Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems * Internal combustion engine mechanics * Use of parts catalogs * Reading and interpreting service diagrams and manuals * Use of hand tools * Equipment service-related operations * Diesel engine systems
