Assign rooms, whenever possible, according to each individual’s or group’s specific requirements to ensure their stay meets their expectations. 4\. Conduct foreign currency purchases (Canadian dollars and euros) so that international guests have local currency during their stay in the country. 5\. Monitor guest account balances to prevent excessively high balances and ensure payment for services utilized. 6\. Follow up on various issues raised by guests and customers (reservations, prepayments, rates, etc.) to resolve them accordingly. 7\. Verify that registration cards match the information stored in the system to prevent discrepancies, and compare signatures with consumption checks. 8\. Charge guests for room-incurred expenses to close accounts and issue corresponding invoices. 9\. Promote rental of rooms with higher-tier services to increase hotel revenue. 10\. Update Marriott Rewards member levels in the Opera system to grant eligible benefits during their stay at the hotel. 11\. Receive and file consumption checks charged to guest rooms for safekeeping and subsequent collection. 12\. Route guests with special service requests (taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, etc.) to appropriate departments per customer instructions. 13\.
