Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to provide assistance and maintenance to corporate users, with a focus on hardware, software, and basic networking, along with excellent appearance and a service-oriented attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Corporate user technical support 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Software installation and configuration SALARY $9,640.00 GROSS BONUS: $2,000.00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support for corporate users (laptops and desktop computers). * Equipment renewal and configuration. * Incident handling and follow-up. * Installation and deployment of client corporate software. * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Adherence to professional customer image and service standards. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of on-site technical support experience for corporate users. * Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and ticketing tools. * Excellent appearance, service-oriented attitude, and effective communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Location**: RVRQ+8GM Orizaba, Veracruz Salary: $9,640.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * How long does it take you to commute to the workplace? * Do you agree with the stated salary?
