At Emergent Cold LatAm, we are seeking a Forklift Operator to perform pallet racking and order picking in our warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safe operations. Key Responsibilities: * Physically and system-based racking of pallets according to customer requests. * Verification of product conditions prior to system entry. * Supplying products for order picking (picking or full-pallet picking). * Performing pallet relocations and recording movements using handheld devices. * Daily forklift inspection and basic maintenance (checklist, battery charging, water levels). * Completing movement documentation and submitting it to the supervisor. * Compliance with safety, hygiene, and proper tool usage standards. Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma (college education preferred). * 1–2 years of experience operating DR-type forklifts. * Experience using handheld devices or RF systems (preferred). * Availability to work in refrigerated or frozen environments. * Excellent visual acuity.
