Your responsibilities will include: * **Meeting sales budgets**: Your mission will be ensuring we sell like the champions we are. Let's crush our sales goals together. * **Supervising the customer prospecting and visit plan**: You'll need to closely monitor how our customer visits and prospecting activities are carried out. We want our customers to feel right at home! * **Supervising store operations**: We would greatly appreciate your help in keeping all employees aligned and performing their tasks effectively and efficiently. * **Increasing store transactions**: Your creativity and positive focus will help attract more customers and increase transaction volume. * **Ensuring proper use and functioning of tools and equipment**: We want everything to work perfectly. Send your CV to rmora@parma.com.mx and join our amazing family at Grupo Bafar. **We look forward to seeing you soon!** REQUIREMENTS **Requirements – Store Manager (Carnemart)** ---------------------------------------------- ### **Education** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Preferred: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field. ### **Work Experience** * Minimum 1 **year of experience** as Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in supermarkets, retail, or food-related businesses. * Proven experience in: * Supervision of operational staff (between 5 and 10 people). * Inventory, shrinkage, and order control. * Cash audits and daily cash closing. * Achieving sales targets. * Supervising cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety. * Customer service and attention. ### **‍‍** **Skills and competencies** * Leadership and teamwork. * Effective and assertive communication. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Discipline and adherence to rules and processes. * Organization and planning of daily activities. * Focus on customer satisfaction. ### **Specific knowledge** * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting). * Knowledge of hygienic food handling and food safety (preferred). * Inventory management and cash control. * Operational reporting and sales performance tracking. ### **Availability** * Full-time availability with **rotating shifts**. * **Willingness to travel** or cover nearby stores. * Commitment to meeting daily and weekly targets. ### **Other requirements** * Complete and up-to-date documentation. * Professional personal appearance.
