We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in microservices and APIs to join strategic initiatives within the Collections department. Position Objective Design, build, and maintain robust backend services that meet modern standards of quality, security, and performance. Main Responsibilities * Develop RESTful microservices and APIs aligned with group policies. * Implement DevSecOps practices for continuous integration and deployment. * Maintain and evolve existing services. * Participate in projects using agile methodologies. * Build solutions on both new and legacy applications while adhering to architectural guidelines. * Execute unit tests and contribute to continuous code improvement. * Design, implement, and consume REST services. * Apply object-oriented design patterns and sound engineering practices. Technical Knowledge * Object-oriented programming with Java 11 or higher. * Experience with at least one IDE: IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or NetBeans. * Spring Boot and build tools such as Gradle or Maven. * API testing using Postman. * Version control with Git. * Continuous integration with Jenkins. * Web application design patterns (MVC, Singleton, etc.). * Docker and Kafka experience is desirable. * Familiarity with code quality tools such as Sonar and Checkmarx. Soft Skills * Logical thinking and analytical ability. * Problem-solving through efficient solutions. * Autonomy and willingness to learn new technologies. * Accountability in delivering assigned tasks. * Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering program (degree holder or with letter of completion). * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate level of English.
