Coordination of recruitment, selection, and personnel management processes **Administrative Assistant** **Job Description and Objective:** To comprehensively manage SEMT’s Human Resources processes: recruitment and selection; personnel file integration and management; contract preparation; attendance and vacation tracking; coordination of coverage for absences; uniform management; and support for staff self-training via the SEMT Asiste platform (asiste.semt.com.mx). Contributes to fulfilling labor obligations under the Federal Labor Law, supports customer relations regarding specialized outsourcing service presentations and ambulance transfers, and collaborates in identifying new clients and business opportunities for SEMT, per directives from the General Management. **Requirements:** Technical high school diploma in Administration or related field. Technical degree/TSU in Human Resources or Administration. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Preferred experience: 6 months – 1 year in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00 hours. Weekend days off (Saturday and Sunday). **Salary:** $9,500\.00 net monthly. Statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract, with a 3-month probationary period.
