Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical individual to monitor, track, and provide operational support to technical staff, including managing work crews and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking of maintenance technicians 2. Administration and assignment of work crews 3. Report generation and status tracking MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and track maintenance technicians Verify completion of assigned tasks and routes Track faults and ensure timely handling of reports Administer and assign work crews Enter and validate information in the system Generate reports and track status Provide operational support and assistance to technical staff REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite (Excel is mandatory) Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with personnel Organizational and activity-tracking capabilities Ability to work under pressure and maintain constant monitoring Responsible handling of confidential and personal data Ideal for organized, analytical individuals with an interest in operational monitoring.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 30 years
