**EDUCATION:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Bachelor's degree in Finance. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure that financial statements from all Business Units are submitted timely and accurately according to Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF) and criteria established by Audit, that accounting records have sufficient supporting documentation for transaction verification, that obligations to various authorities are fulfilled within established deadlines, and establish internal control mechanisms for effective risk management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guarantee the integrity of monthly financial statement issuance at period-end in coordination with the General Accountants of each Business Unit. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and payments, minimizing errors. * Coordinate and supervise General Accountants across Business Units to agree upon accounting policies and verify compliance. * Establish necessary accounting policies to ensure correct and timely recording reflecting business operations. * Review monthly projected fiscal results for Business Units at year-end, taking corrective and preventive actions regarding tax and accounting matters. * Respond to requirements from any governmental authority, particularly the Tax Administration Service (SAT), ensuring proper response to invitations, requests, or audits. * Perform tax planning, develop budgets and monitor them, as well as manage resources and cash flows. * Validate accounting and tax compliance criteria for new, special, or non-recurring situations; monitor compliance with the company’s tax planning strategy. * Maintain the company's financial strength and asset integrity through preventive and corrective internal control actions. * Implement policies and processes to manage, evaluate, and control economic risks of Business Units, as well as prevent fraud or mismanagement within the organization. * Verify and supervise business production processes, procurement processes, and proper handling and control of company inventories. * Manage and administer newly assigned projects through to completion. * Lead work teams, follow up on work plans, report remotely to Corporate, and collaborate virtually with corporate team and board of directors. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND/OR SKILLS:** * Leadership and management (on-site and remote). * Analytical skills. * Attention to detail and flexibility. * Assertive communication. * Time and schedule management.
