We are looking for **YOUR TALENT**, as a **SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR** for **Irapuato, Guanajuato**. Project duration of **2 MONTHS**. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prevent accidents/injuries during the execution of any work · Ensure personnel safety and optimal working conditions to mitigate occupational risks · Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment · Generate corresponding safety and hygiene reports · Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety work plans · Conduct risk assessments and define safety measures · Develop procedures, checklists, and emergency plans · Ensure compliance with safety standards by contractors and visitors · Provide training in Safety and Hygiene · Deliver safety talks related to various STPS and environmental regulations **WHAT WE VALUE:** · Knowledge and application of current regulations and legislation applicable to Safety and Hygiene, Sanitary, and Environmental matters (STPS, ISO, OSHA) · Risk analysis for critical tasks (work at heights, confined spaces, hot work, cutting and welding, lifting operations, among others) **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's or engineering degree in Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, Industrial, Civil, Occupational Health, or related fields, or equivalent technical degree. · Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction projects or Industrial Safety Operations as a Supervisor. · Demonstrable knowledge in contractor and supplier management, application of STPS regulations, Civil Protection, IMSS, and Environmental regulations, implementation of NOM-031-STPS-2011-Construction, on-site emergency response plans, preparation of risk analyses for construction work, first aid, CPR. · Desirable but not essential knowledge of Walmart formats. **WE OFFER:** · Base salary · Statutory benefits · Personal Protective Equipment · Direct hiring by OCA Global Mexico Interested candidates who meet the profile should apply through this platform.
